With the development of social diversity,the society needs people who have the ability of innovation and cooperation consciousness eagerly.Education,as a talent incubator,undertakes an important responsibility.Chinese curriculum standard actively advocates independent,cooperative and inquiring learning methods.To protect students' curiosity and thirst for knowledge,to encourage students to read and express themselves freely,to fully arouse their problem consciousness and enterprising spirit,Cooperative learning environment arises at the historic moment.In the cooperative learning class,the students' enthusiasm for learning is rising.It gives full play to the subjectivity of learning and improves the Chinese literacy of the students.However,because of the congenital genetic factors,the influence of the postnatal environment and the different degree of personal psychological development,the students' learning needs in the classroom are different and there are obvious differences.And how to meet the learning needs of different students in this open and independent classroom,it has become an urgent problem for the teachers to solve.This paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study method.It takes the reform of cooperative learning in Changchun Foreign Language Experimental School as the background,and also takes the research and application of the teaching strategy to meet the students' differences in learning needs as the starting point.Try to find out the reasons and problems that the current teaching strategies cannot meet the differences of students' learning needs.Analyze it,find out the solution,and form a new effective teaching strategy.This paper consists of six parts:The first part introduces the proposal of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the thinking and methods of the research.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of meeting students' learning needs under collaborative learning environment,emphasizing the rationality and importance of classroom teaching to meet students' learning needs.The third part describes the situation and analysis of the differences in the students' learning needs under the cooperative learning environment of Changchun Foreign Language Experimental School.The fourth part is to explore the teaching strategies to meet the differences of students' learning needs in the cooperative learning environment on the basis of the analysis.The fifth part is to explore the specific implementation of the teaching strategies that can meet the students' differences in learning needs in the fourth grade of Changchun Foreign Language Experimental School.The sixth part forms a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions.
