A Case Study On The Service Of Ealy Alzheimer's Patients Patients

With the aging of the population intensifying,the number of elderly people is increasing,and the number of elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease is rising,which has received great attention from the society.In its "based home care,community services as the basis,supplemented by institutional pension" service system,pension institution become solve the problem of Alzheimer's care for elderly patients with one of the ways.At the same time,the social work of "helping self-help" has emerged and applied in various fields in China,especially in the old-age service.Therefore,as a vulnerable group in elderly Alzheimer's patients,by the intervention of social work,social workers who can play the role in the service provider and resource seekers to meet the elderly Alzheimer's patients care and particularity of the professional requirements.In order to understand the mental health and personal demand early of patients with Alzheimer's disease,the intervention mechanism in case work way in early Alzheimer's disease patients to explore analysis,this study based on the mental state assessment and the behavior of individual forecasts,in combination with music therapy,explore and case service mode,service strategies for social work intervention in pension service agencies in early Alzheimer's patients put forward some feasible Suggestions.A case study was conducted to study the case study of the elderly people,a pension institution in Nanchang city,and to carry out the case service with professional social work methods.On the basis of the establishment of professional relations,the case service is carried out through social support theory,dominant perspective theory and activity theory.Through the case for the development of the service,the slow egotism illness development,and strengthen the social support of director within the institutions,strengthen personal ability,at the same time hope that through early intervention of social work institutions endowment Alzheimer's patients group the breakthrough point,to explore feasibility case work in the institutions endowment,finally,find service problems and make suggestions.
