| The "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Sports Industry" clearly states that it is necessary to develop the training market for all kinds of sports projects,foster a number of professional sports training institutions,and vigorously foster the sports training industry as one of the key industries in the development of the sports industry.Under this background,the outstanding achievements of competitive taekwondo and the sports characteristics of taekwondo project in China have become one of the ways for parents to choose exercise for their children.However,the real taekwondo training market has a mixed situation,which seriously hinders the market expansion and development.On the basis of reading comprehension of existing research,combined with the results of pre-investigation and the actual situation of young taekwondo training institutions in Nanchang,this study applies literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.Taking 20 taekwondo training institutions in Nanchang municipal district as the investigation object,the development status of juvenile taekwondo training institutions in Nanchang city was studied from the aspects of management,teaching status,student composition and satisfaction analysis.To explore the problems and necessary support in the course of operation and management of taekwondo training industry,to provide inspiration for the improvement and implementation of sports sector policies,to investigate and comb the current situation of taekwondo training institutions,and to position the development of taekwondo training institutions.The market development,the resources conformity and so on has the strong realistic significance.The results show that:(1)Nanchang juvenile taekwondo training industry is still in the initial stage of development,the market environment urgently needs to be standardized.(2)The business model tends to be traditional,and the comprehensive accomplishment of managers needs to be improved.(3)The construction of coaches should broaden the channels on the existing basis and ensure quality while increasing.(3)The teaching content arrangement basically meets the market demand,but further innovation is needed in the areas of pertinence and pluralism.The teaching environment needs to be improved,and the educational construction of the environment is somewhat inadequate.(4)The operating and management environment is relatively closed and lacks inter-industry and intra-organizational evaluation.Therefore,Nanchang Youth Taekwondo training institutions in the development process to(1)in conjunction with the stage of development,further normative management.Lead the industry from quantitative expansion to quality improvement.(2)Development of training resources oriented to market demand;Establish and improve the training human resources system,pay attention to the development of training curriculum resources.(3)To pay attention to the construction of its own connotation,from the concept of management to the concept of service,from the construction of hardware to the evaluation to promote the development of harmonious development of the industry. |
