The increasing diversity of "rich media" social networking service models has brought convenience to people's lives and work.At the same time,the phenomenon of the spread of false malicious information has severely disturbed the order of cyberspace.However,social network information dissemination research can help people to correctly understand the characteristics and laws of their diffusion,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises and public opinion monitoring agencies,thereby improving the order of cyberspace.Based on complex network theory and typical diffusion models,the article constructed a multi-stage cyclic propagation model(SEInRS)of social network information and mainly analyzed the characteristics and rules of multi-phase and cyclic diffusion of information in combination with Sina Weibo user behavior data,then it analyzed information diffusion network topology characteristics and the relationship between the key coefficients of information dissemination and diffusion.At the same time,it proposes a method to improve(or hinder)the multi-stage cyclic diffusion of information.The specific work is as follows:(1)build a multi-stage cyclic propagation model(SEInRS)of social network information.It described the multi-stage cyclic propagation characteristics of social network information and its process,and found the analytical solution of key coefficients under steady-state conditions,including the rate of acceptance,the rate of deprivation,the rate of rebirth,the degree of trust,and the non-uniform propagation force to measure multi-stage circulation propagation characteristics of social network information accurately.(2)the article carried out an empirical analysis of the characteristics and laws of multi-stage cyclical diffusion by using information on the user behaviors of Wang Baoqiang's divorce event on Sina Weibo.It analyzed network structure features from information path diagrams characteristics and the topological structure features included the distribution of in-degrees,the average path length,and the clustering coefficient.(3)using the node contraction method for multiple iterations,the confidence threshold is calculated,and the non-uniform propagation force is measured by using the individual's own attributes and central indicators.The multi-stage analysis mode is used to draw the forward distribution map to show the information propagation cycle characteristics.At the same time,based on the number of nodes,the relationship between the model key coefficients and information propagation is quantified.The study results show that:(1)the social information dissemination network structure has cascaded propagation characteristics and meets the small-world characteristics and scale-free characteristics;(2)within the confidence threshold,the information dissemination individuals measure its credibility of the received information communicates with the size of the quantity upper-level propagation;(3)in the process of multi-stage information dissemination,there are positive correlations between the number of fans and the number of attentions and the number of articles and the amount of dissemination;the average values of the centrality of points,closeness to the center,and the center of mediation are relatively large,which indicates that the information dissemination individuals has different the ability to communicate;(4)information dissemination individuals are non-immune,and the distribution of transmission volume has a "re-tailed" characteristic,indicating that individuals with less information outflow in nonimmune individuals are the main force of information circulation;(5)there is a positive correlation between the rate of receptivity and the rate of rebirth and the amount of information dissemination,and there is a negative correlation between the rate of depreciation and the amount of information dissemination.Based on the above research conclusions,the authenticity of information can be strengthened by controlling the credibility of information,and the individual individual's communication power can be fully exerted by regulating the individual non-uniform transmission force;at the same time,individuals who are disfavored during the circulation cycle and who are willing to accept information independent monitoring of the rate of change in individuals and the rate of rebirth can be implemented to achieve comprehensive public opinion supervision.
