Design And Implementation Of Higher Vocational College Teaching Archives Management System

With the reform of education,the scale of higher vocational colleges has been continuously expanding,the field of schooling has been continuously expanded,the teaching content has been continuously enriched.And the corresponding teaching files has also been enriched.As an important part of teaching management in higher vocational colleges,the management of teaching records of teachers in higher vocational colleges also appears particularly important.At present,the teaching files of many teachers in higher vocational colleges are also preserved in the traditional way of paper,and the management mode is still relatively backward.With the advent of the information age,the traditional teaching of paper files can no longer meet the needs of digital archives.Therefore,it is necessary to study and establish a characteristic higher vocational college teaching archives management system for higher vocational college teachers to realize the information management of teaching archives.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)This paper first reviews and summarizes the development of higher vocational college teaching archives management system,and then analyzes the business requirements of teachers' teaching archives management system in higher vocational colleges,and then gives seven major functional requirements.They are teacher information management,curriculum design management,textbook design management,classroom teaching management,practice teaching management,graduation thesis management and subject evaluation management,and then explain the non-functional requirements of the system.(2)This article constructs the overall architecture design of higher vocational college teaching archives management system,and then detailed analysis of the seven sub-function modules of the system to propose the corresponding functional structure design,and finally through E-R charts and tables design gives the system's database design.(3)This paper designs and develops a higher vocational college teaching archives management system,and gives some functional interface,and then The developed system was tested and the results showed that the developed system achieved the expected result.
