In recent years,our country's higher education attaches great importance to the reform and innovation,pay attention to the healthy growth of college students,for many students the problems for further research and practice,accurate positioning problem sources and way and method of problem solving.By the ministry of education of communist party organization about print and distribute "ideological and political education project implementation summary" notice,it is easy to see our country to promote and strengthen in the new situation of ideological and political education work.The implementation of this program only focuses on the overall layout of the "five elements" and the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,and adopts the development vision of the new era to coordinate the ideological and political education work of the university.College students' employment problem is increasingly serious,which contains a variety of causes,such as colleges and universities needs to improve the talent training mechanism,employment market competition pressure,college graduates employment mentality existence question and so on.Faced with the increasingly serious employment situation,the employment issue of college students has attracted the attention of all parties.Through extensive attention,female college students in science and engineering in the university students' employment belong to vulnerable groups,they may face more employment problems in employment,so for the problem of employment of female college students in science and engineering,solving the ideological and political education has become an important part of,has a strong practical significance.Through the analysis of five parts,this paper studies the employment psychology of female university of science and engineering and its countermeasures.The first part mainly starts from the topic selection basis and the significance of the topic selection,and lays the research foundation by sorting out the domestic and foreign research foundation.The second part mainly analyzes the employment psychology of female college students in science and engineering through the definition of concepts and the interpretation of theoretical basis.The third part mainly starts from the questionnaire survey method,through the data analysis and collation,obtains the basic employment attitude of female college students in science and engineering.The fourth part mainly studies the causes of employment psychology of female college students in science and engineering.Finally,according to the above research,the adjustment method of employment psychology problems of female college students in science and engineering was obtained from five aspects of the government,universities,enterprises,families and themselves.
