In recent years,China has been in the stage of rapid economic development.And the talents are becoming increasingly important to the development of country.Therefore,China has put forward higher requirements for education,especially for higher education.We hope that more outstanding talents can be cultivated to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,with the expansion of graduate enrollment,some problems have followed.In the context of uneven regional development,the deficiency of hardware and software in local colleges and universities has limited the cultivation of graduate students to some extent.At the same time,many local universities blindly copy other successful cases and ignore their own characteristics,which makes them lose competitiveness.In addition,with the emergence of specialized master’s studies,the job market shows a favorable attitude to them.Many examinees also choose to be a postgraduate students for the sake of rapid employment.So that the status of academic postgraduate students become awkward.And new problems come up to the cultivation of academic graduate students.It is undoubtedly a question to study how to highlight the advantages of postgraduate students in local universities,especially those of academic masters.In the existing literature,there is little research on the academic ability of academic masters in local universities.Meanwhile it is also rare to study the cultivation of academic ability from the perspective of education ecological theory.Based on education ecological theory and the study of academic ecology,this study will study the countermeasures of academic ability cultivation of academic postgraduate students in local universities.This research applies literature method,questionnaire survey method,quantitative research method and so on.It also examines the current status of academic ability cultivation,the level of academic ability and the influence factors of academic ability in local academic postgraduate students.The following conclusions were drawn after descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis on the collected data.Firstly,the cultivation of academicability under the postgraduate dimension reflects the lack of academic exercise.This kind of phenomenon can weaken the enthusiasm of graduate student to carry on academic activity.Thus it can affect the improvement of academic ability.Second,in the micro-academic environment of the academic community,the training of academic ability indicates that the tutor is more efficient in guiding students.Third,in the middle academic environment.The problem of academic ability training is in curriculum setting which is lack of scientificity.And the implementation of teaching objectives is not reached.Fourth,in the macro academic environment,the school is the core strength in the academic ability cultivation process.The strength of hardware resources has been improving.However,there is still a lack of software aspect.Based on the above analysis results,the experiences of Germany,Britain,the United States and Japan in the cultivation of academic ability of graduate students are drawn.On the education ecological theory and academic ecological environment theory,this paper proposes the following countermeasures.In terms of student,they need to enrich academic knowledge,cultivate academic habit and improve academic ability.In the aspect of the mentor,the selection system should be optimized.Improving instruction efficiency and setting up a mentor team that are also importnat.At the same time,it is the first step to adjust course system,change course teaching mode.Then improve academic atmosphere in disciplines should also be improve.From the school’s macro point of view,we need build the interactive mechanism of "industry-university-research" and improve the assessment system which are the important measures to build a good academic ecology. |
