Student association is an important part of campus culture and a platform for quality education.The characteristics of secondary vocational schools determine the characteristics of their student associations in practical,professional and other aspects are obvious.The construction of student associations can provide a more broad and different platform for the growth of secondary vocational students,to enable them to set up goals,improve comprehensive quality,and be ready to enter the society.From the view of the school,it also provides an important supplement for the education and management of students.Therefore,it is of great significance to research how to carry on the construction of the secondary vocational school’s association scientifically and innovatively.This article mainly takes the student association of a vocational high school as the sample.From the angle of social work,based on the theory of group dynamics and symbolic interaction,the research is carried out with the method of Interview and Observation.Through the research,the problems of associations’ construction are mainly manifested as ‘insufficient internal development vitality and external impetus’.Among them,there are problems inside such as lack of cohesion,participation and enthusiasm of members.And the problems outside are lack of support from effective resources.Through the analysis,we find that the main factors affecting the construction of associations are irregular corporate management,unequal internal development opportunities,lack of leaders and necessary social support networks.Therefore,in order to promote associations construction,it is necessary to realize the empowerment of associations to promote it self-help;cultivate the leaders of the association,strengthen the cohesion of the association to mobilize the vitality of internal development;actively link the resources to obtain the support of the school and the community;strengthen the assistant guidance to the association;etc. |
