Study On The Dilemma And Developmental Strategy Of Beiijing Ice And Snow Sports Team

Under the opportunity of hosting the Winter Olympics,Beijing Municipality actively responded to the call of the Central Government,followed the main spirit of the Beijing municipal government document to achieve the results of the competition,drive the development of the Beijing Ice and Snow Movement,complete the Beijing “1248” goal,and based on Beijing Municipality.The status quo of the ice and snow sports started relatively late,and it is impractical to establish a team within the system.After consideration,the Beijing Sports Bureau will use the government to purchase services to build an ice sports team.After working with the team for the last one year,the writer finds that the problem of management in the early stage of the setting up has restricted the development of the sports team and it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the study of the team to solve the dilemma.The historical documents have shown that there are less study in the ice and snow sports team of the city and the study is mainly focused on the management of the sports team of colleges and universities with high levels.This study is aimed to make up the insufficient study of the way of setting up the team by purchasing service,supplement to the study of the ice and snow sports team of the city and meantime have great reference value on the development of competitive sports in China.This article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the observation method,the interview method to carry on the research to the current situation of the development of the Beijing sports team,and sums up the current development team's development difficult position.The sportsmen are strictly restricted by the sports team,so it's impossible to make a questionnaire on the sportsmen.The writer mainly analyzes the sports team and gets the relevant conclusion in the angle of view of the sports team.After study,the main conclusions are as follows:1)The main difficulties of the Beijing Ice and Snow Team are: Development is not constrained by the government's buying service mechanism;lack of training places for the sports team;lack of experience in managing the sports team for the undertaker;difficulty in introduction of professional talents,deficiency of the backup sportsman.2)The elements that influence the development of Beijing Ice and Snow sports team include the purchasing service ability of the government,polity orientation of the Beijing Municipal Government,the actual strength of the coaches and sportsmen,the capabilities of the undertaker,as well as Ice sports team operating mechanism and so on.As long as every part coordinates development with each other,the sports team would go quite well.3)After research,we put forward suggestions for the development of the sports team: Strengthen the government's ability to purchase services and improve the purchase system;the government strengthens policy guidance to attract investment from social forces;establishes a talent introduction system and vigorously trains professionals;learns the advantages of sports teams within the “institution” and improves the management and operating mechanisms of sports teams.
