Use We Chat To Carry Out Innovative Research On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

With the rapid development of science and technology,the development and popularization of Internet technology,and the constant emergence of new media,we have ushered in an era of informatization,digitization and high technology.People’s access to information has become diverse,not only traditional media,newspapers,television,radio and so on,but also the ever-changing Internet technology,which has brought a richer variety of Internet media.WeChat is the product of the development of Internet technology,and it is becoming an important channel for college students to obtain information.WeChat has won the favor and popularity of many college students because of its advantages,and has influenced and changed the daily life,interpersonal communication,ideology and so on.As mentioned in the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,universities should pay attention to the construction and innovation of communication means and strengthen the construction of Internet content.The strengthness of a country depends on its youth.And the university’s educators have great responsibility,and duties to cultivate generations of youth to become an ideal,responsible socialist successors.The ideological and political education workers should keep pace with the times,therefore,they should actively apply WeChat to ideological and political education in teaching,and use WeChat to innovate ideological and political education work.This paper starts from WeChat and the relevant theories of college students’ ideological and political education.Through the investigation of college students’ use of WeChat,the paper sorts out the current situation of using WeChat and carry out lots of challenges that’s puting forward the complication of educational environment,education weaknesses in content attraction,as well as the weakening of college students’ network and security awareness brought by WeChat.Educators in colleges and universities should seize the opportunity,use WeChat to carry out the ideological and political education,break the traditional rigid mode of ideological and political education,widen the channel of the ideological and political education,close the distance of the emotional communication between teachers and students,meet the individual needs of college students.At the same time,with the functions and characteristics of the WeChat as a starting point,with the present situation of ideological and political education as the focus,this paper systematically analyzes the feasibility of using WeChat to innovate the ideological and political education of college students from different perspectives.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures of using WeChat to innovate the ideological and political education of college students and puts forward effective and feasible measures from the four aspects of education subject,education object,education content and education environment.
