Not only postgraduate is a student of higher education,but also an important force in the development of scientific research.Postgraduate shoulder the historical mission of the development of future academic undertakings.The development of postgraduate education provides a continuous impetus for the development and progress of China's scientific research.Therefore,the quality of postgraduate training is directly related to the level of scientific research in China.Academic moral education is the basic work of postgraduate training.It is also an important link to improve the quality of postgraduate education.In recent years,the academic ethics anomie behavior of graduate students has occurred frequently,which has attracted the attention of the state and universities.This article absorbs the experience of foreign academic moral construction and constructs a coping mechanism for Postgraduates' academic moral anomie which is consistent with China's national conditions.For the development of postgraduate education and scientific research in China,it not only has important theoretical construction value,but also has far-reaching practical significance.Academic ethics mainly refers to the norms and rules which are followed in academic research.Academic moral anomie mainly refers to the behavior of violating academic morality for the improperly purpose in academic research activities.This paper,while clarifying these core concepts,further points out that the research on the mechanism of postgraduate academic moral anomie.It should be based on the theory of self efficacy,rational choice and system management.Through a large number of literatures,this paper summarizes and summarizes the various phenomena of academic moral anomie of graduate students in China,such as copying and plagiarizing other people's achievements,tampering with research data and conclusions,writing papers by other people,and multiple contributions,and so on.The detriment brought by these actions is mainly as a result of hindering the progress of the academic,the waste of academic resources,the cultivation of innovative talents,and the aggravation of the academic atmosphere.The causes of academic moral anomie are related to society,schools and individual aspects,such as bad social atmosphere,school related systems,and the psychological factors of graduate students.On the basis of the analysis of the phenomenon,the detriment and the cause of the academic morality of the graduate students,this paper also absorbs the experience of the academic moral construction of the representative national postgraduate students of Britain,the United States and Germany.This paper puts forward the construction of the mechanism of the postgraduate academic moral anomie,namely,the external mechanism,including the social integrity.The management mechanism,the university moral education mechanism,the tutor strengthening guidance mechanism.The internal mechanism,including the postgraduate academic moral self-discipline mechanism,the postgraduate academic moral self-management mechanism and the graduate academic moral self incentive mechanism.Moreover,we must maximize the interaction between internal and external mechanisms.
