After entering the second decade of the 21 st century,the word "micro" is everywhere.Microblogging,WeChat,micro-speaking,micro-movies,etc.have rapidly emerged.In the field of education,the form of micro-curricular education has also become hot.The contemporary society is an intelligent “micro-era”.Most middle school students have smart phones or smart digital products,which has greatly promoted the development of micro-curriculum.The rapid development of micro-curriculum has extremely important practical significance for schools and even social education.China,especially primary and secondary schools,showed great concern for micro-curriculum,various micro-curriculum contests were successively held,and the construction of micro-curricular resource platform was also continuously produced and improd.The uneven economic development in various regions of China will lead to an unbalanced development of education.The schools in developed regions will develop better than those in the middle and western regions,rural areas and other areas,whether they are hardware and software resources or teachers.In recent years,the rapid development of micro-curriculum can alleviate the problem of unbalanced education development to a certain extent.The education departments in various parts of the country have also introduced various policies to promote equitable education in all aspects.The economic development of Henan Province is not well-developed.It is a populous province.At the same time,there are also some problems in education.In order to understand the status quo of the application and production ability of junior high school teachers in our province,we have this research topic.At the same time,because there are certain differences in the economic and environmental aspects of our province's urban and rural areas,the survey only investigated junior high school teachers in our province's cities.This study mainly analyzes the basic information of teachers,the basic understanding of teachers on micro-teaching,the application of micro-teaching by teachers,the skills of teachers in the production of micro-courses,and the needs of teachers for improving skills in micro-teaching.The problems existing in the application and production of micro-teaching for urban junior high school teachers in our province are: the teachers' understanding of micro-classes is uneven;teachers are motivated to deviate in the production of micro-classes;some teachers are to improve self-information teaching skills and learn new teaching.The concept of improving students' academic performance is that some teachers simply deal with the inspections of schools;the production skills of teachers in the production of micro-classes are in urgent need of training.Recognizing the issue of informational leadership,the development of information technology requires that principals,middle-level leaders,and teachers all must pay attention to the development of their own informatization.The education department should increase the emphasis on the development of micro-teaching and the capital investment in this area.For teachers themselves,they should actively and actively learn relevant technologies and apply them to daily work to improve students' learning efficiency.Teachers should also be provided with a certain competitive pressure and at the same time a certain encouragement of learning and working atmosphere.The training of teachers' micro-class production technology is the most important task in the current micro-learning development.When conducting teacher training,it should be scientific,systematic,targeted,and efficient,within a limited time.Let teachers master the most and most solid content and technology.To innovate training patterns,you can try to improve training performance.The post-work of the training is also very important.Answering questions after the teacher's work and using the micro lessons in the teaching process can help the teacher to make more progress.At present,a variety of new micro-class production software has been developed and put into use,and some teachers are still not quite aware of it.For new good things,we should promote it so that more teachers can benefit from it.Making it easier and easier.
