Although our country has not entered the serious aging society at present,our country still faces the grim employment situation.Many studies have found that in the background of aging of the new era,the new youth and the old generation have great differences in ideology and behavior.The difference of influencing factors is expected to analyze the corresponding policy recommendations according to the intergenerational differences of rural labor mobility for different generations and different ages of rural population in order to promote rural labor employment.To improve the rationality of the rural labor force's occupation choice,to improve its employment quality and income level,and to weaken the problems brought by the aging population from the aspect of optimizing the allocation of rural labor resources.This paper makes descriptive statistics on the variables of different generations of migrant workers in the aspects of individual characteristics,family characteristics,job selection,whether to work,whether to work,and the type of work.Found that the basic characteristics of different generations of migrant workers and the status of employment are very different.Through the data empirical analysis found that age,education,sex.The second generation of rural labor force is the largest part of rural labor force at present.The average level of education of the rural labor force has improved,but it is still very low.Education has promoted the choice of workers,and the new generation of rural workers has been promoted.Increase the workers employment than in the major power range,and its occupation technical content on average than the older generation to be high,but the employment proportion is lower than the older generation,especially women,plus the total number of the new generation of rural labor force is lower than that of the older generation.it will make the number of migrant workers decreased gradually and make the agricultural labor aging is prominent.In order to promote the rational allocation and good use of migrant workers'resources,we should further promote the training of rural migrant workers,widen the selection of employment,promote the development of small towns,increase the employment position of rural enterprises,implement the reform of household registration system,improve the social security policy,and adopt various measures to promote the re-employment of low-aged and old people in rural areas.
