Research On The Current Situation And Development Of Ultimate Fri Sbee Sports In Universities And Colleges In Changsha

The extreme frisbee is a fashionable and emerging sport.The promotion of the limit Frisbee movement has a positive role in promoting the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities.It not only helps to carry out the physical fitness of the whole people,improve the physical and mental health of the students,train the students to participate in the practice of physical exercise,but also cultivate the students’ lifelong physical education.It has a positive significance.At the same time,the sport has such aspects as teaching content,teaching mechanism,enriching students’ spiritual world,enriching students’ extracurricular sports activities,improving students’ quality and promoting the needs of the current social development to the quality requirements of the current social development.It has positive significance.Through the literature,expert interview,questionnaire,statistics and other research methods,this paper first combed the origin and development of the extreme Frisbee movement and the development of the extreme Frisbee movement in China.Secondly,this paper made a survey of the teaching situation of the extreme Frisbee movement in Changsha University,Changsha universal.Most of the teachers in Colleges and universities think that the school’s limit Frisbee teaching arrangement can meet the teaching needs,and that the school should set up the 2 term limit Frisbee class and the limit Frisbee teaching for each semester should be more suitable for 28 to 32 school hours.At the same time,Changsha ordinary colleges and universities in the limit Frisbee class teaching time setting is more reasonable,but the limit Frisbee theory class teaching time is obviously less,teaching content is also relatively simple.The principles of scientific movement,sports methods,sports value,sports health care knowledge,and the content of extreme Frisbee sports are limited.And the evaluation and evaluation of the limit Frisbee course in Changsha colleges and universities mainly consists of three parts,namely,technical achievement,theoretical achievement and ordinary performance.In the process of technical examination,there are three main methods of assessment of technical achievements:throwing Frisbee accuracy,transfer plate and running test,teaching competition examination.Thirdly,the article also investigates the situation of Changsha college students participating in the extreme Frisbee movement,and the degree of understanding of the limit Frisbee sports in Changsha is generally low,and the number of students who do not reach the limit Frisbee per week in Changsha colleges and universities is the least.School stadiums are the main places for college students to participate in sports Frisbee activities.The motivation of college students to choose extreme Frisbee courses is mainly interested in hobbies,fitness and entertainment,improving aesthetic taste,active cultural life and so on.The learning of extreme Frisbee courses still has good behavior tendency and motivation.It also shows that the extreme Frisbee activities in Changsha colleges and universities are easy to carry out,and also promote the development of the limit Frisbee activities.The development of the sand limit Frisbee provides impetus for development.In addition,this paper analyzes the problems and the influencing factors of the extreme Frisbee movement in Changsha colleges and universities.The factors such as the talent problem,the textbook problem,the association problem,the atmosphere factor and the media factor are the influencing factors of the extreme Frisbee movement in Changsha University.Finally,this paper puts forward the development strategy of extreme Frisbee movement in Changsha,and suggests that colleges and universities should attach importance to the guiding role of College PE teachers,promote the teaching of extreme Frisbee courses in Colleges and universities,develop the performance and display activities of the frisbee and give full play to the radiation leading role of the sports colleges and universities.In the course of extreme Frisbee,we should give full play to the function of college sports associations,vigorously promote the limit Frisbee movement in Colleges and universities,fully carry out the limit Frisbee competition within and outside the school,and train the social instructors of the ultimate flying disc.
