| Research purposes: The decline in physical health in college students is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improve the Sports of Schools in the New Era "pointed out that improving the physical fitness of college students is no longer limited to conventional sports projects.Knowledge System.In recent years,the extreme flying disk movement has become more and more popular with young people.It has the characteristics of safety,wide participation,small venue requirements,and simple technical operations.Cultivate team consciousness and cooperation spirit.However,the current research on the effects of the physical fitness of the extreme flying disk on the physical fitness of the extreme flying disk has the problem of blurring and insufficient research on the research.Therefore,through teaching experiments,I will explore the effects of the physical fitness of Extreme Flying Disk on the physical fitness of college students.Research methods: By carrying out teaching experiments,80 major students in the public sports curriculum class of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology as the experimental object,set up the experimental group and control group.Once a 90-minute experimental intervention on Monday,the impact of the exploration of extreme flying tray on the physical fitness of ordinary college students.The results are as follows: 1.In the experimental group,the P value of the height,weight,strength,and flexibility of the experimental group was greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference.The VIA of the lung capacity,speed quality,endurance quality,and sensitive quality was less than 0.05,which had significant differences.2.In the control group experiment,the P value of the height,weight,strength quality,speed quality,flexible quality P value is greater than 0.05 before and after experiments,and there is no significant differences.The P value of lung activity,endurance quality,and sensitivity quality is less than 0.05,which has significant differences.3.After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group height,weight,girls 50 meters,strength quality,flexible quality P value greater than 0.05,no significant differences;lung activity,boys 50 meters,endurance quality,sensitive quality P values are less than0.05 There are significant differences.Analysis conclusion: 1.Through research,the development of conventional physical education has a positive effect on improving the improvement of university students’ lung volume,endurance quality and sensitive quality.2.Through the intervention of extreme flying tray teaching in 16 weeks,it is found that extreme flying tray exercises can effectively improve college students’ lung capacity,speed quality,endurance quality and sensitive quality.3.Extreme flying tray is better than conventional sports teaching in the development of students’ lung volume,endurance quality,sensitivity,and speed quality.4.Open Extreme Flying Disk Course to invest in low economic costs,safety,wide participation scope,and simple operation.It is in line with the characteristics of colleges and universities’ physical education teaching.It is suitable for development in colleges and universities.On the one hand On the one hand,it can enrich college physical education courses and enrich campus sports culture. |
