The sense of youth responsibility refers to the awareness and emotion of the individual responsible for themselves and others,the family and the collective,the state and the society,as well as the self-conscious attitude to abide by the norms,responsibilities and obligations.The sense of responsibility is a necessary factor in the healthy growth of young people,but at present,most of the family education and school education only stay in the level of cognition and emotion.Therefore,professional social work intervention is very necessary and urgent for improving the level of adolescents' sense of responsibility.Based on the investigation and understanding of the status quo of adolescents' sense of responsibility,this paper finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of adolescents,sense of responsibility.By combining the sense of responsibility with the group social work,taking the project of "let love in my house" in the new town community as an example,with the advantage angle of view,using the theory of my theory,the social learning theory and the symbolic interaction theory in the mirror,we can explore how to improve the sense of responsibility of young children better by the way of project,and divide the sense of responsibility into the sense of self responsibility and the family through the literature research method.Four dimensions of responsibility,collective responsibility and social responsibility.Through the questionnaire survey method and the participation observation method,we evaluate the current level of the sense of responsibility of young people,clearly affect the important indicators of their sense of responsibility,and start with the five indexes of self cognition,positive expression,parent-child communication,cooperation consciousness and rule execution,and carry out the targeted group work in the form of game.The purpose of this paper is to deepen the sense of responsibility of teenagers from the cognitive level,improve the ability to judge the adolescent's responsibility and behavior from the emotional level,and strengthen the performance experience of young people from the behavioral level.Finally,we reach the three levels of cognition,emotion and action.Finally,based on the professional introspection of the intervention process and the practical results of the group work,the author draws some conclusions:the self cognition,positive expression,parent-child communication,cooperation awareness,and the enhancement of the enforcement of rules are the effective ways to improve the sense of responsibility.At the same time,the group social work in the dominant perspective can promote the service actively and effectively in the three aspects of cognition,emotion and action.The development of the sense of responsibility of the object.
