Objective: Shooting as the main means of scoring in the game of basketball is the focus of competition between all the technical and tactical offensive and defense to conflict,to ensure the fine adjustment in the air movement of small deviation,it is very difficult,which requires the athletes have good reaction ability,not only the known action made rapid feedback and the adjustment can be pre judgment on the trend of the moment of action.The purpose of this study is to through training to improve the dynamic response ability of basketball athletes in the neural feedback ability,and improve the hit rate of game technology,response training changes impact on the hit rate in the future for the jumper,coaches and athletes,to provide some theoretical analysis and reference of training.Methods: 12 men’s basketball players in Beijing Sport University were tested before and after the training of response ability.Results: 1.there were no significant changes in both the experimental group and the control group.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the reaction time between the experimental group and the control group,but after intervention,the two items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.2.there was no significant change in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group in the jump shot rate of the experimental group and the control group.There was no significant difference in hit rate between the experimental group and the control group before intervention,but the hit rate of the one minute jump shot in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group after intervention.3.,in the correlation between hit time and hit rate,there was a moderate negative correlation between the response time before the intervention and the one minute jump shot hit rate,showing a moderate positive correlation with the hit rate of the fixed point jump shot,while 22 of the other indicators were low correlation.The prognosis of the two groups was negatively correlated with the hit rate of the fixed point jump shot.Conclusion: the 1.6 week response training has a good effect on the reaction time and the hit rate of jump shot.It can observe the effect change by prolonging the period of response training.2.as the test was completed after 6 weeks of training,the time points of the test could be extended properly to observe the timeliness and periodicity of the response training recession.3.Before six weeks of response ability training,the two groups had a moderate correlation with the hit rate of one minute jump shot and the hit rate of the fixed point jump shot.Before training,we could use the reaction time to predict the hit rate of jump shot and the hit rate of the fixed-point jump shot,and the six weeks of response ability training,the two groups of discriminative reactions and fixed-point hops.The hit rate is highly negatively correlated.After training,the target hit rate can be highly predicted by discriminating response time. |
