The Enlightenment Of The Evolution Of The "Labor And Defense Sports System" From The Persoective Of Marxist Anthropology To The Development Of

The restoration of “System of Labour and Defense” in Russia has aroused widespread international attention and has sparked reflection of Chinese scholars on the reform of mass sports.Xi Jinping proposed the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era on the 19 th CPC National Congress.It inherits and develops Marxist humanism thoughts,regards the freedom and all-round development of people as the ultimate goal,establishes a people-centered basic strategy for our country,and points out the direction for the reformation of the mass sports system in China.By studying the rise and fall of Russian “System of Labour and Defense” from the perspective of Marxist anthropology,we can draw lessons and inspiration from it.It is not only the need to realize the socialist modern sports power and healthy Chinese Dream,but also the need to promote the freedom and all-round development of human beings.The paper applies methods of documents,expert interview and contrastive analysis.It systematically sorts out the latest achievements of Marxist anthropology and its localization in China,and the evolution of Russian “System of Labour and Defense” from its rise to its abolition and then to its restoration.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the evolution and restoration of the “System of Labour and Defense” from the perspective of Marxist anthropology,contrasting with China’s current “National Standard for Sports Training”.And it will provide theoretical reflection and practical reference for China’s sports power and healthy China construction,offer the reference suggestions for the full implementation of the national fitness strategy and the “National Standard of Sports Training”.Through researches:It’s concluded that adhering to the people-centered in the new era of Xi Jinping is the latest research findings of Marxist anthropology theory in China.Moreover,it has theoretical and practical guiding significance for the national fitness strategy;The “System of Labour and Defense” and the “National Standard for Sports Training” have common starting points of Marxist anthropological logics;The mass sports reformation in the new era should be guided by the Marxist anthropological theory: Sports should follow the goal of promoting people’s freedom and all-round development,which is to improve the survival of human beings and highlight the nature of the value,what’s more,to stimulate and mobilize the subjectivity of people as an effect point,meet people’s need for a better life and to achieve human value as a problem.The evolution and restoration of the “System of Labour and Defense” marks the awakening of the national strategic height of the fighting ethnic group,and provides inspiration and reference for the improvement of the “National Standard of Sports Training” in China.At present,the main problems of our country’s “National Standard of Sports Training” are as follows: The compulsion is weak.The supervision is not strict.And the incentive mechanism of rewards and punishments is not perfect enough.Only by unceasingly deepening the sports reformation to strengthen the coordination and innovation among the departments,relying on the sports big data innovation to perfect the sports mechanism,perfecting the grassroots sports service system,strengthening the management of the physical health of the young people,and enhancing the authority of the “National Standard of Sports Training”,innovating incentive reward and punishment mechanism,can we make sports as an important means to meet the increasing needs of the people,contribute to the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation,and finally achieve the highest ideal of freedom and all-round development of human beings.
