The author dispensed questionnaire to the schoolmates of WUSHU department in the 50th anniversary of Beijing sports University, in order to establish the index system which is used to evaluate the quality of the graduates majoring in national traditional sports, learn the request on them from the current society, and investigate the quality condition of the past graduates of WUSHU department.Draw these conclusions:1.The indexes used to evaluate the quality of the graduates include moral character\knowledge\ability\health these 4 big sorts, 48 indexes altogether, all of them distribute in 4 index grades, the indexes of every grade has their own proportions; 2.After the proportions had been established, recur to fuzzy Mathematics, We can grade these graduates, the higher scores, the better graduates;3.The current society prefer the post-graduates to the under-graduates in this major obviously, most of the employ organizations only engage post-graduate in Beijing and those developed cities by the sea, 40 percent of the employ organizations may engage under-graduates, the universities\administrations\corporations prefer post-graduates, the high schools and primary schools\sports schools\police\army are fit to under-graduates; 4.In other countries, the employ organizations which engage the graduates in this major conclude WUSHU schools and clubs mostly, they prefer to the graduates who are versed in English and computer, the WUSHU level on play and on umpire achieve national grade I, but they have no request on the WUSHU science research and the other sports ability; 5.The quality of the graduates of WUSHU department have been decreasing for recent years, their biggest shortcomings include the play ability on specialty are not comprehensive, the specialty knowledge are devoid, the ability of science research on specialty are weak, and the English language level is too low.Related suggestion:1. All sports institutes should pay more attention to the moral education, aspirant ideas\civility\fidelity\honesty should be cultivated as the emphasis; 2. To improve specialty skill and English language level\learn all major curriculum\ strengthen comprehensive abilities in the round, is the main aspect to which the graduates on this major should pay attention; 3. In this major, the under-graduates should go inland cities for job-hunting, there are more suitable jobs for them, which conclude primary or high school\sports school\police\army; 4. The graduates in this major who are versed in English and specialty, are suitable to go abroad for job hunting, for there are abundant request on the graduates majoring in national traditional sports in other countries; 5. For the improvement of the graduates' quality, WUSHU department has to strengthen teach and study, be strict to the teachers and the students at the same time.
