Once the high school of the Soviet Union was considered one of the best in the world.But the soviet union disintegrated,and the education system from countries each year began to deteriorate.Many citizens were able to finish college and get a degree,but the level of education is very low.In some post soviet countries,young people can not properly write and read fiction or historical works.Reform and crisis-organically interrelated phenomena.The major reforms of social institutions,including education reforms,are not satisfactory and in relatively good condition.The reforms undertaken when major weaknesses become apparent,vices and agree on the need to prevent a further deterioration of the situation.The task of overcoming the crisis is due to the process of the reform of education in the modern world.In developed countries,the modernization of education is actually continuously for many decades.But it often doesn't solve gradually accruing and growing problems,leading to the deepening crisis.Therefore,from time to time is the need for fundamental reforms that would bring the previous stages of development,and create the conditions for further positive development,in order to answer the challenge of time.The last decade years,because of all the known processes,the population of the countries of the former USSR scattered on many independent countries of europe and asia.Many people,especially the older generation,received education in the soviet union,not quite understand the bologna process education.And all the countries of the former USSR,with the exception of some central asian countries are participating in this process.Another thing is how actively.For example in Russia,it is often just a declarative paper,as there is no mechanism for its implementation.This work primarily addresses to the bologna process,the causes of its formation,main features and content.Consider bologna process influence on the western european education system.Further considered the education system of Belarus,before joining the bologna process,its main characteristics and situation,advantages and disadvantages.Then analyses the reasons Belarus entry in the bologna process,necessary for that reforms and the process of the entry.Further analyses the influence of the bologna process on the Belarus system of education.
