A Research On Bologna Process Under The Perspective Of Globalization

The Bologna Process is the framework agreement of European higher education reform that first put forward by 29 European countries in 1999 in Bologna, Italy. This agreement within Europe target is higher education reforms implemented uniformly in 2010, establish a European higher education zone in this area, realize degree certificate, and promote mutual recognition free flow of talents. 2010 isn't the end of the Bologna Process, the Bologna Process goal is not achieved, it is also facing many challenges.The Bologna Process is higher education in European integration and globalization background, education globalization refers to higher trans-border, across ethnic, cross-cultural higher education exchange and the cooperation, it includes the teachers and students swap, degree equivalent, transnational education, international combination education, international cooperation, international education resources complementary and aid, etc. The Bologna Process had already passed 11 years of development from 29 countries signed the Bologna Declaration in 1999 to 2010 Vienna Budapest meeting.
