In the contemporary society,where the social transformation and family evolution lead to the disorder of moral restraint mechanism,the tradition of moral education at home is gradually abandoned,and the status and role of family as the source of ethics and morality in moral education is declining day by day.Family moral education dereliction of duty has become the primary cause of social moral deterioration.Learning from the rich wisdom of family moral education in ancient China is the only way to promote the development of contemporary family moral education.The Zhang Ying family in Qing Dynasty was famous in Tongcheng city for"father and son Hanlin","brother Hanlin" and "ancestor and grandson Hanlin".The greatest characteristic of this family is that it has both talent and virtue.The successful experience of moral education of its family can be as follows.We offer useful reference.The formation of Zhang Ying's father and son's family moral education thought was the result of the common edification of the local historical culture and the moral education of Zhang family in Tongcheng.On the one hand,Wen Du Tongcheng advocated culture,advocated German education,and the moral education thought prevailed;on the other hand,the moral education of the Zhang Ying imperial examination family was equal to the culture and education,and the first moral education was made in both inside and outside.The ideological system has promoted the formation of the ideological system.The ideological system shows the dynamic process of moral formation,including four steps,namely,knowing morality,Lid,guarding virtue and practicing morality.The link between knowledge and morality emphasizes moral cognition,Lid link emphasizes the initial moral generation,the link of morality emphasizes the consolidation and strengthening of morality,and the practice of virtue.Emphasis on moral practice,linked to each other,vivid and impressive.The methodology system corresponding to the thought system is also an important aspect of showing the educational wisdom of the father and the son.Among them,the method of teaching through experience,the model law of example and the method of understanding by matter are the external educational methods commonly used by the teachers,but they practice the method of cultivating morality with the mind.Knowledge and cultivation of morality and balanced cultivation of morality are the common methods of inner cultivation.In general,many valuable experiences and essence of father and son's family moral education thought are worthy of our reference.In fact,the implementation of family moral education in contemporary China is not optimistic,mainly in the following aspects:the awareness of family moral education is not strong,the content of family moral education is not perfect,and the way of family moral education is not scientific.Therefore,it is a feasible attempt to use the thought essence of father and son for reference creatively in order to improve the present situation of family moral education.It enlightens us that we should first set up scientific family moral education consciousness.Correctly understand the role of morality in the growth of individuals,and correctly understand the relationship between parents and family moral education Key duty.Secondly,we should perfect the content of family moral education,attach equal importance to private moral education and public moral education,and attach importance to individual mental health education.Finally,we should improve the way of family moral education,pay equal attention to personal education and communication,and pay equal attention to theoretical education and practical education.Although the background of family moral education in ancient and modern times is very different,the excellent family moral education wisdom which runs through it still has cross-epochal significance,which will provide beneficial experience for solving the predicament of family moral education in modern times.
