In recent years,the scale of higher education has boosted at a high rate,the amount of college graduates also increased significantly.Employment of college graduates,especially employment differences between different groups get people's attention.According to the theory of human capital and social,college graduate's employment will be mainly influenced by their own human capital.However,social stratification of the urban-rural dual economic structure is formed,which gives the different urban and rural family background to college graduates,curing and integration of social stratification are closely related to graduate' migration and inter-generational mobility.The purpose of this paper is studying the results of employment differences for under-graduates between urban and rural family,to better improve the employment and employment quality of college students,to provide policy reference and advice for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of education.Combined with qualitative and quantitative research,this study has collected many relevant documents.Drawing the conclusions through the questionnaire survey and in-depth analysis,the questionnaire survey is mainly for three provincial key university graduates' initial employment survey(including Nanchang University,Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics).Using the urban and rural family differences as the starting point,this dissertation will study the influence of urban and rural family background on students' employment.The study will explore the differences of human capital and family capital between urban and rural family background students,based on the exploration study the differences and influence factors of graduate'.The main conclusions of the dissertation are as follows:Compared to the effect of family capital and human capital on the employment of graduates,family capital will have a more significant impact.The more abundant family capital is,the more significant the individual will be obtaining quality of higher education.With the increased of accessing to higher education,the inequality of higher education opportunities will gradually shift from quantity inequality to qualitative inequality.The household domicile family can transform the advantage of the family capital into the advantage of the educational opportunity and realize the advantage of the higher education.Specifically,urban household household can realize the replenishment of economic resources through family economic capital.Cultural capital can achieve cultural transmission and cultural reproduction.Family and social capital can get privileged resources and recessive resources.At the same time,family capital will significantly affect college students during the school's political affiliation,served as student cadres and the minor double degree,which also happens to be graduates of human capital index,so as to further the family capital into human capital advantage,finally embodies the advantages of employment results.On the basis of empirical research,this paper holds that there are still great differences between urban and rural family graduates in employment.Although urban and rural graduates have their own advantages in the level of human capital,rural family graduates are still in a position of overall inferiority in employment.To solve the problem of employment difference,we need to fundamentally solve the huge difference brought about by the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas under the dual structure of urban and rural areas,which has existed for a long time in our country.The problem of social stratum differentiation and solidification,obstacles such as household registration restriction on the top slope of policy,and so on,to feed and support rural economic development economically.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the employment support for rural graduates and improve the supervision mechanism of labor market.Create equal employment opportunities and reduce employment discrimination.
