Research On The Application Of Flipped Classroom In Open Education

With the aid of modern information technology,open education has set up a multi-layered online teaching platform,which enables teachers and students to interact with each other in a time-and-space-separated teaching environment.It encourages students to complete autonomous learning through network resources,multimedia technologies and textbooks.To make up for the lack of students’ autonomous learning,open education insists on the necessary face-to-face teaching,which will play the role of"guidance" and "assistance" on learning in open education.In this study,the author carries out student-centered "flipped classroom" teaching.He takes "Intermediate Financial Accounting" as an example to explore teaching models and teaching strategies of accounting major in open education for flipped classroom,putting forward new ideas to solve problems in the face-to-face teaching of open education,improve the teaching effect of face-to-face teaching and enhance students’ autonomous learning ability.This study is divided into the following three aspects:Ⅰ.Theoretical research.On the basis of reading a wealth of relevant documents at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the theoretical connotation,classic cases and classic teaching models of flipped classroom.The goal and content of this study are determined combined with the actual situation of open education and accounting major of TVU.Ⅱ.Practical application research.A class is chosen to carry out teaching action research.According to the basic steps of action research,practical strategy for accounting major in flipped classroom is constantly improved through two rounds of actions,combined with classroom observation,interview,questionnaire and other research methods.Ⅲ.Summary,exploration and research.Based on the results of two rounds of action researches,this paper summarizes the patterns of flipped classroom teaching in open education and the effectiveness and innovation of the flipped classroom teaching in TVU.
