Research On Vocational Skills Subsidy Training In Jiyuan From The Perspective Of Public Value Management

The vocational skills training for the labor force is not only the fundamental means for the country to solve the employment problem,but also an important measure for the country to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the country through talents.Vocational skills subsidy training has become an important way for all provinces and cities to solve employment and develop skilled personnel.Therefore,it is significant to study the development of vocational skill subsidy training.Based on the literature research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the development status of vocational skill subsidy training in jiyuan,including the economic development status,the policy background of vocational skill subsidy training,the operation mode and the specific situation of vocational skill subsidy training.Then on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the vocational skills subsidy training in Jiyuan are elaborated and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Finally,from the point of view of public value management,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in vocational skill subsidy training in Jiyuan.Through the study of this paper,we can find that there are several obvious problems in the vocational skills training in Jiyuan.First,the awareness rate of subsidized training information is not high;Second,the degree of public participation is not enough;Third,the effectiveness of public value creation Insufficient;Fourth,the realization of public value is insufficient.Further analysis of the reasons for the problems is due to the fact that the government and relevant departments have only a single means of propaganda and insufficient propaganda;Old,one-way communication network;the teaching methods and contents are not attractive;the supervision of competent authorities is not in place;and the training schools are driven by interests.Finally,based on the perspective of public value management,we will strengthen publicity and supervision respectively;expand public participation and collect public preferences;use various means to enhance training effectiveness;and start cooperation with multiple parties to jointly create public values and propose corresponding countermeasures.
