Taking Qingdao X Yoga school as an example,through collecting data and contrast analysis,aiming at the status of Yoga market and the problems existing in the competition of Qingdao Yoga school in Qingdao,it has formulated its competitive strategy under the new trend of development in the market,in order to improve the X Yoga school in the fast and competitive Yoga market.Competitiveness,seize the opportunities brought by the rapid development of new media and the Internet,and join in the global competition and development.This paper briefly introduces the origin,school,inheritance and development of yoga,analyzes the development and direction of the development at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research contents and research methods of this paper.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis and the models and tools used in the study.From the third chapter,we formally enter into the investigation and analysis of X yoga.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of X Yoga school,summarizes the dynamic development trend of Yoga market competition,and determines the position of X Yoga school in the current competitive environment.The fourth chapter analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the Yoga market,sums up the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of X Yoga school in the Yoga market,constructs a SWOT analysis model,and determines the strategies that the X Yoga school should adopt in the emerging market competition,which indicates the direction for the development of the X Yoga school.The fifth chapter from the development strategic objectives,development strategy analysis,strategic implementation and other aspects of the X yoga in the important strategic development issues will be followed.The sixth chapter summarizes and refines the conclusions of this study from the macro level,and puts forward some suggestions on the simple prediction of the development prospect of yoga industry from the perspective of global Yoga competition.The innovation point of this article is to analyze the competition situation of X Yoga school from X Yoga school's competitive environment,competitors,own advantages and disadvantages,market opportunities and challenges,and then develop a more comprehensive and effective competitive strategy for the X Yoga school and Yoga industry colleagues provide reference and reference,can more confidently face the market competition under thenew situation.
