Research On Cultivation Of University Students’ Entrepreneurship

Constantly optimize the entrepreneurial environment in China,business space are also growing,it provides the social members,especially the young college students more entrepreneurial opportunities,entrepreneurial has gradually become the a new era of college students’ employment choice.But choose entrepreneurship means to take on more risk,more challenges,and strengthen the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurship is to help entrepreneurs to overcome the difficulties and courage "magic weapon".This paper starts with the theoretical explanation,and then combines with the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit,researches on the current situation and approaches.Analyze the reasons for the effect of the cultivation of entrepreneurship of college students,and put forward some countermeasures.This research is beneficial to more clearly know status in the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit,to optimize the entrepreneurial spirit cultivation work,and enhance the comprehensive quality of college students themselves,make moral quality more hasten is perfect,for the social development to provide more high quality talents.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,the significance of the topic,the research status,the theoretical basis,the research methods,as well as the innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter discusses the university students in detail through analysis and research.The main content and characteristics of entrepreneurial spirit and the significance of cultivating entrepreneurial spirit of college students are the theoretical basis for further writing articles.The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in undergraduate entrepreneurship fostering through investigation,analyzes the reasons from the aspect of fostering content,fostering links,and fostering environment.It reveals that the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit involves theoretical teaching,practice training,and environmental influences.Many aspects need to be optimized by various means.The fourth chapter elaborates the ways to strengthen college students’ entrepreneurial spirit.This part of the content is based on the influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial spirit,which are elaborated from the aspects of enriching the contents and forms of college entrepreneurship training courses,cultivating the entrepreneurship of innovative college students,and cultivating the environment for optimizing the entrepreneurship of college students.
