Talent is the most important resource in the 21 st century.As China's economic center,Shanghai has been a collection of all kinds of talent.The introduction of talent is an important part of Shanghai talent,the Shanghai municipal government has been very seriously.The talent management department hopes to optimize the talent policy,so that talent to stay in Shanghai,into Shanghai.They want talent to provide a steady stream of energy for the development of Shanghai.But the introduction of talent is faced with various problems in the process of integration into the community,If the problem of social integration can not be solved,the introduction of talent can not really integrate into Shanghai,a lot of people will leave Shanghai.Shanghai will suffer a lot of damage.The social integration of talents in Shanghai is worthy of further study.If the introduction of people can be successfully integrated into the Shanghai,Local economic and social development of Shanghai will be a very good development.This paper takes the socialization of the introduction of talent in Shanghai as the research content,carried out research in Fengxian of Shanghai.Choosing the introduction of talent to work in Fengxian,and has stable residence in Shanghai for more than 2 years as research object.These people have handled the Shanghai residence permit and points,or in accordance with the residence registration policy,is handling the Shanghai residence registration.Using empirical research and interview research methods,the use of questionnaires,consultation interviews in the form of collection of relevant information,objective and supervised the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.From the economic integration,behavior adaptation,cultural acceptance,identity four aspects of the evaluation of Fengxian talent social status of the situation,as well as their own social integration of the subjective evaluation.At the same time,some personnel and unit personnel supervisors to conduct interviews and interviews to discuss the impact of the introduction of talent into the important factors,as well as the current policy and recommendations of the current policy.Based on the summary of the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the current policy of talent introduction in Shanghai.The study found that the economic integration of the introduction of talent in Shanghai is generally better and the social integration is high.There are differences in the adaptation of behavior,part of the integration is good,some of the existence of a certain gap.In the cultural acceptance,the performance gap between the obvious and the concept of humanities is very close.Identity also takes some time,but has changed.Housing,security,education,household registration problems is the introduction of talent into the important influencing factors.Finally,according to the results of the research and analysis,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the policy reform of talent introduction in Shanghai.We hope that this study can promote the integration of talents in Shanghai into Shanghai society and contribute to the rapid development of Shanghai.
