The Current Status And Path Optimization Of Internet Legal Education For College Students

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China has vigorously advanced the course of running state affairs according to law and made major progress in the development of a society governed by law,which has created favorable conditions for strengthening the legal education of college students.The building of rule of law in China is indispensable from legal education.As the place gathering high-level knowledge-based talents,colleges and universities are the main front for legal education.For college students,legal education must be carried out in conformity to the demands of the time and with much emphasis placed on the internet.As the main strength of the current college students,the post-90 s generation grew up in the network era and are heavily dependent on the network.Concerning the new characteristics of legal education for college students,how to improve the efficiency has become an important subject in offering ideological and political education to college students in the network era.By studying the theoretical literature about the internet legal education of college students written by scholars from home and abroad and conducting field investigation of the current status of internet legal education among Chinese college students,the author analyzed the experience of internet legal education in foreign countries,expounded on the significance of internet legal education,pointed out the existing issues and challenges and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.This paper falls into three parts:The first part summaries the relevant theoretical researches into internet legal education for college students and the definitions.This paper studies the concept of rule of law and legal education,defines the connotation of internet legal education and then probes into the importance of offering internet legal education to college students.The second part mainly offers a field investigation of the current status of internet legal education for college students in China,finding the existing issues and explaining the relevant reasons.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the colleges and universities of College Town of Songjiang,this paper has explained the current status of internet legal education among college students and analyzed the reasons causing these problems from the perspectives of network information,network society,network culture and network management.In light of the problems popping up in the process of internet legal education for college students,the third part puts forward the relevant solutions.First,it introduces the principles that should be followed in internet legal education for students;second,it clarifies the reasonable arrangement of the internet legal education;finally,by taking the innovation of internet legal educational methods as the entry point,this part raises the optimized path for internet legal education from four perspectives.
