The development of the society cannot do without the education progress,and the progress of education is closely related to teachers.Teachers are an important part of educational enterprise and educational activities.They are an important factor in the development of educational enterprise.Educational enterprise values are individual teachers in the long-term study and work in the formation of stable attitude and psychological tendencies on the educational enterprise.Teacher is an important part of educational enterprise,is the key factor in the development of educational enterprise,and they play an important role in the development of educational enterprise.It can be said that the teacher's educational enterprise values will affect education quality of teaching,educational development and social development.Educational enterprise values is an important part of educational research and teacher's professional development.Through the study of teachers' educational enterprise values,we can know more deeply about the attitude of teachers to the educational enterprise value.Teachers' professional identity is the evaluation on teachers' professional identity value judgment and the efficiency of teachers displayed in individual teachers' professional work,is to explain the individual professional experience and contextual factors on teachers' work and the process of reinterpretation.Teachers' professional identity is closely related to teachers'professional work,which will have an impact on teachers' educational enterprise values.It is not only the influence factor of the educational enterprise values,but also the effect factor of educational enterprise values.Taking into account the teaching practice of primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan minority areas,this study attempts to link the research of teacher professional identity and teachers' educational enterprise values and probes into educational enterprise values from the perspective of teachers'professional identity.On the basis of literature review,We analyzes teachers'educational enterprise values and teacher professional identity of primary and secondary school teachers,and determine the research objectives as follows:First,through an open investigation,the views on educational enterprise values to primary and secondary school teachers to seek advice as the basis of the preparation of the measurement tools about educational enterprise values.Second,on the basis of literature review,this paper constructs the structure of teachers' professional identity,and develops the measurement tools of teachers' professional identity.Third,the classified statistics of educational enterprise values,the group characteristics were studied.Fourth,estimate the discrete choice effect on educational enterprise values,and to analyze the influence of teachers' professional identity on educational enterprise values.Fifth,the above results are summarized,and discussed the theoretical significance and realistic enlightenment.Based on the views of primary and secondary school teachers,this study determines the sequencing options of six educational enterprise values.On the basis of the literature review,the professional value,professional efficiency,professional commitment and job burnout are identified as the initial variables of teacher professional identity.The measurement tool of teachers' professional identity is compiled.After the test of reliability and validity,the research variables were adjusted to Professional value,professional burnout,professional role,professional commitment and professional weakness.In this study,645 primary and secondary school teachers in Xishuangbanna were measured with the above measuring instruments.We using measured data to analyze the Effect of gender,nationality,age,seniority,school,positional title,teaching subjects,school resident and so on the educational enterprise values.The effect of each dimension of teacher professional identity on educational enterprise values is analyzed.The research obtains the following conclusion:First,primary and secondary school teachers' educational value orientation preference is "Transport qualified personnel for the country,improve national quality","Enlighten the people,eliminate ignorance and enable people to live a happy life","Protection of human civilization,promote the inheritance,creation and renewal of national culture","Promote social security,stability,prosperity and progress","Create new knowledge and serve for the creation of material wealth in agriculture,industry,national defence and science and technology","Serve to maintain the status of the mainstream ideology of the society".Second,the classification effect of educational enterprise values is significant.Third,the teachers' professional identity has significant effect on educational enterprise values.
