In this study,184 rural students were questioned and the typical cases were interviewed.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the effective questionnaires,the factors related to the career development of rural students were analyzed,and the effect and impact of empirical education on the rural students’ career development were analyzed.The Value of Education in Rural Students.On the basis of this,the author puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures to improve the educational level of rural students and promote the career development of rural students from the aspects of government,school,society and family,taking the rural students’ career development as the goal,taking the rural students themselves as a foothold.The results show that:First of all,education has a guiding effect on rural students’ career choice.The higher the educational level of rural students,the higher the starting point of career development,the lower the proportion of engaged in primary industry.On the contrary,the low level of education of rural students,career development starting point is low,engaged in a large proportion of agriculture.Second,the education of rural students to promote the development of professional role.The higher the level of education,the better the job that rural students find,the better the prospects for career development.The higher the level of education,the higher the household income.The higher the level of education,the higher the stability of the work.Thirdly,the role of education in promoting the concept of vocational development of rural students.The degree of education affects rural students’ objective understanding of the problem,the degree of education affects the awareness of independent entrepreneurship,the higher the degree of education,the higher the success rate of entrepreneurship.The higher the degree of education,the higher the job satisfaction.In a typical case study,the reasons for the success or failure of a typical person are discussed.Education is the basis for the development of rural students,the higher the level of education,the higher the level of cultural knowledge,with a high degree of education,their career development has a better starting point.In addition,education is not just teaching rural students knowledge,more is to cultivate their development core of the quality.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the embodiment of educational value in rural students:1 the relationship between education and the core accomplishment of rural students;2 the intrinsic value of education,the embodiment of external value in rural students;The embodiment of rural students.According to the questionnaire,the typical case analysis and the theoretical analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures:the subjective aspect:the rural students should improve the education level,improve the education level,change the employment concept,cultivate the city spirit and establish the professional goal.Objective:the government should play a policy advantage,promote rural education fair.Family should pay attention to family education,for children to lay a good foundation.Schools should teach students in accordance with their aptitude,pay attention to cultivating students to develop core literacy.Social aspects to strengthen vocational skills training,improve the employment information platform.
