Study On Teacher’s Involvement In Child’s Conflict Based On Management

Children in the process of communication,conflict is a common behavior,teachers play a guiding role in the conflict,teachers deal with conflict,not only have a significant impact on social development of children and the day after the quality of education,but also affects the relationship between teachers and parents,thereby affecting their homes co education work process.Teachers’ education behavior intervention of conflict,not only reflects the quality of teachers,but also reflects the kindergarten management problem.This paper from the education behavior management research on preschool teachers’ perspective,found that the kindergarten management impact on Teachers’educational behavior.management,strengthen the management of kindergartens and management of preschool teachers,to further promote the development and optimization of the kindergarten teachers’ educational.Through a questionnaire survey of 215 kindergarten teachers in Jinxiang County,put forward the research hypothesis at the beginning of the research,through the questionnaire data analysis,verify the hypothesis and find out the reasons,explore the countermeasures to optimize the behavior of teacher’s education of children,and put preschool teachers.One is the kindergarten should be the organization of new teachers to observe the teaching and to carry out a variety of training:create home cooperative teaching;enrich the teachers’ activities,understand about preschool teachers;increase incentives,establishing different incentive measures;reasonable arrangements for the course of strength,increase teaching resources;increase teacher child ratio,reduce the pressure of teachers;two teachers On the other hand,preschool teachers should establish a correct view of conflict,realize the value of children’s conflicts,change the traditional education concept and improve themselves...
