In interpersonal relationships, conflict is inevitable, and the relationship between teachers and students is no exception.Conflict is not the fault of either the teacher or the student, and related to the needs of both sides,so it is believed conflict involves both the teacher and the student. At present, our country is undergoing a period of reform and development,it poses new challenges to education. Therefore, conflicts between teacher and student are becoming increasingly frequent. The thesis studies teacher-student conflicts to remind teachers of their positions, roles and responsibilities in education management and students' needs and rights.Teachers may understand students, help them do the right things and reduce misbehaviors. On the other hand,we may realize that conflicts between teacher and student are very common in school culture. As long as both teachers and students can solve the conflicts, the result is meaningful. The thesis selects H middle school in Lianyungang city as a case study. It starts with the understanding and experiences of teachers and students in the school, and explores their ways to treat and handle their behaviors and conflicts through questionnaires designed by questionnaire star. Also it analyzes students' motivation of bad behaviors, and underlying causes of the conflicts and hopes to raise expectations for problem students and accordingly puts forward intervention measures with theory of organizational behavior. When a conflict occurs,it is advised that the expected effect of the interaction between teacher and student can be achieved via teachers' changing their own attitudes and actions.and some specific interventions can be done to resolve the conflict, avoid its further escalation and create mutual profitable relationships.Teachers and students can cooperate and draw up "Student Action Plan" and "School Action Plan” to create a safe and sound classroom environment we have been longing for.
