Social Work Practice Research On Enhancing Left-behind Children’s Peer Support

The problem of left-behind children is not a simple one,a family problem,but the economic issues in China’s economic development and social transformation,the party and the government need to face the general issue,but also an issue of the times.In fact,with the rapid development of social work,the study of social work services on children left behind children is gradually increasing.The study also clearly points out that when the family’s shelter and the care from the parents become out of reach,the left-behind children and companions The interaction between groups,communication activities become increasingly close.Raising the support of partner support for left-behind children can help the children left behind to solve the related problems.Left-behind children and their peers interaction,understanding and support,care and respect,sharing and play to meet the needs of children left behind emotional exchanges and the need for a sense of belonging to the left-behind children with emotional comfort.The author of the opportunity to enter the community due to practice,and gradually access to the community left behind children.In order to better understand the left-behind children in the community,the use of resident practice,the use of quantitative and qualitative way to the community of left-behind children as the object of study,social learning theory and social support theory as the basis,analysis of left-behind children support weak Performance and adverse effects.In the analysis,it is found that the problems of peer support in the left-behind children are mainly reflected in the fact that the number of peers is small and the interaction object is single;the interactive content and form are single,the sense of unity and cooperation is not strong;the conflict processing ability is insufficient,Left-behind children’s learning,interpersonal,emotional and other aspects of the adverse effects.Aiming at the problems of companion support of children left behind in the village of A village,this study is based on the promotion of peer support for children left behind,the promotion of peer mutual affection,the strengthening of communication between left-behind children and peers,and the enhancement of trust and sense of security.Method to provide services for the left-behind children,the results of the service show that the support of children left behind the companion consciousness,mutual awareness,communication skills and the ability to solve the problem have greatly improved.Finally,the reflection and suggestions to consolidate the support of children left behind the need for comprehensive use of cases,groups,community work methods,strengthen the guidance of parents,attention to the ability of children left behind to enhance the school to play the advantages of school education.
