With the development of mobile Internet technology,a variety of mobile learning services with the help of APP to achieve service innovation and upgrading.It gives full play to the pervasive nature of mobile networks and can provide context-based services based on location,community and resources,which makes learning from the mere provision of educational resources to the direction of "resources + education services ?interactive communities".The current market is full of various types of mobile learning APP,but the service effect is not satisfactory,how to achieve a higher level of personalized service is currently an important issue.Through the understanding on the current situation of domestic and foreign research,which is mostly related to technical characteristics or motivational factors that influence uses' acceptance and continuous use of mobile learning,with merely a handful of studies examining uses' motivational factors.The current research and design neglects the influence of learners' personal characteristics on the acceptance of mobile learning,which is highly dependent on self-directed learning.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the use of mobile learning from the user's point of view.This paper is based on the perspective of information science and information management,taking mobile learning users as the research subject,taking mobile learning APP as the research object,and aiming at the behavior of mobile learning users in large data environment.Through interviews to collect the current user's ideas and attitudes,from the perspective of the role and behavior analysis of mobile learning platform users,summarized the factors that affect the behavior of mobile learning APP users,and built an initial Models with seven variables,they are mobile learning services,social impact,self-efficacy,learning style,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,behavioral intentions.The questionnaire data were analyzed and validated by SPSS 19.0 and Amos22.0 software.The results showed that the six variables in this study model had a direct or indirect effect on behavioral intention.Mobile learning service is the most influential,and self-efficacy affects perceived ease of use,while perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are the two main variables that affect the user's intention to use mobile learning APP.The social impact variable has a direct positive Influence,but it also through the perception indirectly effect user's behavior intention,learning style is not only play a regulatory role in the entire model,it is also a positive impact on the user's behavior intention.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestions and strategies to optimize the design of mobile learning APP to guide users to accept and use according to the research conclusion.
