In 2011,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education in China"(2011 edition),which pointed out that the Chinese curriculum should be committed to cultivating students' language skills.Therefore,the cultivation of the ability to use the language has become the focus of the new curriculum reform Middle school students are in the period of the formation of the ability to use the language,the ability to skillfully operate the language is the basis for the comprehensive development of the ability to use the language.Rhetoric is a study of how to make the language concise,coherent,decent and vivid.It can be seen that the use of language proficiency can not be achieved without the cultivation of rhetoric,so it is necessary to study the cultivation of language rhetoric ability.At present,the organic integration of ICT and education is an important trend of current education reform,It has become a powerful driving force for educational reform Its application is of great significance to the development of students' subjectivity and the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and practical ability,just to adapt to the current language standards training capacity of the new curriculum needs,It breaks the traditional classroom teaching language knowledge and only rely on the final test scores evaluation of teaching methods,emphasizing the transformation into a multi-style teaching and diversification evaluation,ability to train more solid,so that students ability to get more training,thereby reducing Teachers and students burden,improve teaching efficiency.The improvement of rhetorical ability is one of the important measures to improve the ability of using language.Through the study of relevant literatures,it is found that Chinese language teaching is now under the pressure of the examination,ignoring the rhetoric of the initial purpose of language teaching is to enhance the use of language skills.Language rhetoric use of the evaluation criteria are more vague,pay attention to the sea of tactics but the lack of rich application of training.Learning rhetoric is to use rhetorical skills to modify the language,to complete the relevant exercises is just a bridge,the actual use is the ultimate goal,but the current did not achieve the real purpose of learning rhetoric.Therefore,this study is guided by the ideas and methods of ICT assisted education,this research is based on the law of rhetorical skills and existing educational resources,and through the use of information and communication technology(ICT)to create students' learning environment.This study emphasizes the combination of technical and knowledge ability,respects the characteristics of students'differences in learning personality.Through the design and implementation of specific cases,teachers can effectively understand the students' learning situation,and carry out targeted counseling and practice in time to solve some problems existing in the current rhetoric teaching,and finally improve the language rhetoric ability of middle school students quickly and effectively,Give a reliable guide to Chinese teaching practice.
