Recent year's,Chinese college students' employment situation is becoming increasingly serious.At present,solving the problem of college students' employment is one of the heated issues that our society focus on.Under the call of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation",there is a booming of college students starting up their own business.The college students' self-employment has become an important way to relieve severe employment pressure and to promote the development of the society.But at present,in our country,college students' entrepreneurial has a low success rate.The reason is that college students have some troubles in getting entrepreneurial resources.They also can't acquire and use resources in low cost and high efficiency.So,how can college students acquire entrepreneurial resources at a lower cost?How to help college students integrate resources efficiently,or how to convert resources into products and services quickly?What should universities,government,students and individuals do for better entrepreneurship?Based on these doubts,this research follows the logical thinking as "ask questions,build a framework and empirical analysis".This paper is mainly divided into six chapters to analyze and study these problems.By introducing social embeddedness and entrepreneurial resources research's relevant theories,this paper takes college students as samples to discuss the relationship between the acquisition effectiveness and efficiency of social embeddedness and entrepreneurial resources.Besides,the author aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of college students acquiring entrepreneurship resources.This paper uses questionnaires to collect research data and uses SPSS22.0 software to analyze 207 valid samples.In these methods,the results of this paper are as the followings:College students entrepreneurial resources acquisition consists of entrepreneurship resources acquisition effectiveness and efficiency.As for the social embeddedness,it is made up of four parts.They are embodied-embedded cognitive,embeddedness of social networks,culture and politics.For the four dimensionalities,embodied-embedded cognitive is very important for College students' entrepreneurial resources acquisition.But social skills are not that important to College students' entrepreneurial resources acquisition.The same as political embeddedness.Both embeddedness of social networks and cultural embeddedness are important factors for this essay,that is to say,they are positive to entrepreneurial resources acquisition.
