(PCK)as the core knowledge of teachers 'professional knowledge,is refers to the teachers on how to hold their own subject matter Knowledge to students easy to understand the way of processing,transformation to the students' Knowledge.Teachers to teach the subject content integration,transformation,the need to combine the students' learning ability,have previously acquired knowledge to select,such as distribution of various teaching content,to determine the teaching objective comprehensive,and then explain the content of the course and professor,need to use a variety of methods in the process of representation(e.g.,ask questions,for example,analogy,demonstration,metaphor,etc.)to characterize subject content,at the same time,teachers' teaching reflection through the feedback effect,subject teaching knowledge can push teachers' thinking and keep the teachers' teaching state of spiral.In to do a literature review of subject teaching knowledge,the paper reference Grossman,Schoenfeld,& Lee(2005)years six problems in construction of PCK framework and Dong Tao(2008)on the basis of the division of PCK components,the PCK is divided into six parts: the knowledge of subject content,the teaching purpose of knowledge,and students understand the knowledge,knowledge of the content organization,teaching strategy of knowledge,knowledge of the effect of feedback.Paper first through interview and questionnaire survey methods such as,first analyzes the two teachers' knowledge structure,the teaching lesson,and then analysis to extract the part of the teachers' PCK impact on teaching,and then use the methods of questionnaire and interview after class,analysis the impact of teachers' subject teaching knowledge to students,refined as indicated in the teachers' PCK affect the teaching effect,for teachers by raising the subject teaching knowledge puts forward some useful Suggestions to improve the teaching effect.Paper studies show that:(1)as indicated in the teacher's PCK about sexuality and "subject teaching" had a great influence on teacher's teaching,faculty can learn the advanced education teaching idea,familiar with the teaching material,accumulate knowledge and other ways to consolidate the knowledge;Second,pay attention tostudents "knowledge" is a teacher of the key to improve teaching effect in the subject teaching knowledge,understand the students have mastered the knowledge,build support between the old and new knowledge,is advantageous to the implementation of the teaching goal of;Three,the teaching strategies of classroom organization and representation mode can be diversified,but on the premise that the completion of the teaching goal is to build in,must ensure that the effect of classroom teaching;Four,teachers' presentation paper divided into subjective aspect and objective aspect,objective presentation will attract students' interests,but how to keep interest requires the teacher to mobilize PCK's subjective representation of the language and body language,etc.,need more teachers' initiative to rethink consciously enhance the effect of teaching.
