Probe Concerning The Cultivation Of Students’ Employability In Application-oriented University

The higher education has been formed diversified development patterns and multi-level school-running modes after a leap-type development in recent years.With the implementation of a series of major strategies,our society needs a large number of applied talents urgently.The nation is gradually guiding the transformation of general undergraduate colleges to universities of application types,but the contradiction of higher education structure is obvious at present,the current situation such as convergence of talents cultivation and weak employability result in some problems like employment difficulty and labor shortage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the employability of students who belong to universities of application types,which is also the important innovation point of this article.This article selects "employability of students who belong to universities of application types" as the key focus,basing on the situation that a lot current research analyses are developed from macro perspective rather than micro perspective.This paper also tries to analyze the employability of students who belong to universities of application types,including the aspects of contents,characteristics,theoretical basis and actual demand of research,etc.By adopting SWOT analysis with specific cases,this paper summarizes the advanced cultivation measures,concludes from the particular to the general,analyzes comprehensively and generates the universal countermeasures ultimately.In terms of research method,this paper carries out the induction and deduction work on the base of literature review and interview.For the focus of this research,the objects of this article concentrate on the "application-oriented universities" and"graduates’ employability".From the perspective of research idea,this paper properly combines the macro and micro views together and carries out the study through the analysis "Xiamen X University",makes exploration to the inside and outside advantages and disadvantages by SWOT analysis,forms a conclusion of multi-subject collaborative cultivation,puts forward the general countermeasures from four aspects of government,colleges and universities,enterprises and students,and the final general countermeasures is also of great value as reference for other application-oriented universities.
