Etiquette as a traditional Chinese culture has been inherited and carried forward all the time.Civility is not only the basic qualities of the individual but also a reflection of social civilization.Etiquette education undertakes the mission of inheriting culture and cultivates civilized people,which is also the inevitable requirement of social development.In the course of diversification of contemporary,It is an important way that seeks for etiquette education courses to promote etiquette education.Based on that,the study objectives are to explore effective ways of etiquette education in schools and make etiquette education be more lively through the implementation of young pioneers activities.The project adopts action research as its main method and unites with other specific research methods such as observation,interview and literature methods.The research is divided into three stages.In the period of preparation,I determines the content for the object of study on the implementation of the etiquette education with great counselors and accumulates material by the observation of the students daily behavior on campus,which is a firm foundation and direction of the next research.The first phase of the action is completed independently by the author.This stage mainly attempts from personal etiquette education as a starting point,through the design of relevant etiquette education content and activities of the program,provokes students and teachers' interest,which also encounters new problems,the problems also contribute to improving the strategy of action research and gather experience for further research in this stage.In the second stage,teachers and students' cognitive and behavior have changed through the etiquette education content and team activity course design and repeated communication with constant communication.In order to explore the continuation of this study,as the "relay" of the study,we will continue to explore the way to promote distinctive etiquette education through young pioneers activity courses.Research shows that it is very important for students to have young pioneer activities courses,which are good for etiquette education and the comprehensive development of students.Combined with the characteristics of students,dominated by activities,which is an important means of promoting etiquette education.Leading teachers to participate in the study,with concrete actions to promote the transition of teachers' attitude,which is the key to promote the implementation of education.Organizing activities should be moderate,otherwise it would have the opposite effects and fall to teachers and students' burden.
