How to let the young pioneers in the pluralistic cultural background to obtain the correct value choice and value judgment,Improve their comprehensive ability, this is a young pioneer work primary school teacher in charge in the new period faces an important problem and new challenges.This article through to investigation and interview from primary school teacher in charge in chongqing young pioneer work , Based on the elementary school teacher’s perspective, From improve their ability, Train the young pioneers cadres, development of the young pioneers education activity ? from Three aspects reflect the current state of the primary school teacher in charge of the work,summary of the current problems existing in the primary school teacher in charge work in the young pioneers, analyzed the reasons and puts forward relevant countermeasures, in order to improve the level of the young pioneers elementary school teacher in charge in the work , eventually to promote the physical and mental development of children and adolescents.This study includes five parts.The first part introduces the theories of the selected topic background,research significance and practical significance,the paper analyzes the existing domestic and foreign literature,and introduced the research methods including literature research, questionnaire and individual interview method.The second part introduces the development and requirements of the young pioneers in work in our country, from five stages to summarize the development history of the young pioneers in work, on the basis of combining with related document summing up the goal and content of the young pioneers in work.The third part described the present situation of the elementary school teacher in charge the young pioneers work , include three aspects: the first is the pursuit of the present situation of the elementary school teacher in charge of its own work, involving the concept needs to be firm own faith problems, they need to learn their professional knowledge, and raise their professional ability.
