| The management of students in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the management of colleges and universities.The construction of informatization has a direct impact on the level of informationization of university management.It is a key link in the modernization of college students’ management.It is an important way to optimize the quality of personnel training way.However,the construction of student management information is different from the simple informationization.It needs to be based on the theory of student management,and the information construction is closely integrated with the essence of student management.The management process is efficient and convenient through information technology.Humane,personalized service,will also put forward a major test of traditional student management model.In the background of Internet +,with the "Internet +" mode of thinking,the study of information management of vocational college students,in further enrich and improve the theoretical system of student management,is the practical needs of student management content expansion.This paper consists of five parts.It summarizes the current situation and existing problems of informationization construction of students’ management in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of management,this paper analyzes the reasons that hinder the construction of information management of students in vocational colleges,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of vocational school students’ management information management in effective ways and innovative strategies on the student management team assessment and training mechanisms and student management service mechanism.And this paper also put forward to adapt to the information management process reengineering ideas and to build in line with student management theory. |
