Social work practice education is a very important part of the professional education,in addition to combining theory with practice,it is safeguard the basis of the practice of social work discipline,especially for social work specialty in higher vocational colleges,especially,is the core of the social work professional education.However,due to various reasons such as history,social work practice education of higher vocational colleges has been short of professional education,in addition to the lack of practical experience in teaching,and the difference of social work practice education of undergraduate course colleges and universities,result in higher vocational colleges of education in social work practice positioning fuzzy,not clear specification.Therefore,this study aimed at study of social work practice teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,hoping to find in social work practice teaching mode of higher vocational students own clear positioning,to cultivate qualified social work professionals in higher vocational colleges.The study takes advantage from the perspective of the theoretical framework for the study,selecting the "Z City College Community reserve personnel training plan"project as a case,collecting data by literature and interviews,.After researching social work of higher vocational students in Z City Education,we found:(1)Social Work practice of higher vocational education is in dilemma:The practice teaching goal is not clear;The training internship content and talent matching degree is not high;The lack of professional organizations;The supervision level uneven and multiple evaluation dimensions is not full.But there are also some noticeable advantages,mainly including policy support,the effective of the base construction and focusing on evaluating the diversification of resources and conditions;(2)The diversity of personnel training pattern of higher vocational education and social work practice requirements,the occupation ability with the local service agree without prior without previous consultation,combined with the requirements of the development of a high degree of occupation,team orientation,double type,resource integration and other features;(3)Social work practice of higher vocational education and undergraduate social work practice education is different.Their reflects to the function of practice goal focus and different practice time gap is obvious,practice content and level is not a mechanism for regional distribution is not in balance.The conclusion of this study will be helpful for the higher vocational colleges to define the orientation of social work practice education,and to standardize the social work practice education in Higher Vocational colleges.
