Based on the survey data of CGSS(2010-2013),this paper divides the employment of female in non-agricultural employment in China into five categories:self-employment,State-owned unit,collective unit,private and other units,and temporary employment.According to the different employment patterns and the nature of the unit,combined with employment risk and stability:of five categories.Firstly,we use the multiple logit regression model to analyze the factors that affect the employment selection of Chinese female.Secondly,we use the OLS model to analyze the income response of Chinese females' different employment choices.For employment choices,the employment choices are based on the stability of the work,and the preferences show:state-owned units>collective/private units>self-employment/temporary employment.With the increase of academic qualifications,the probability of choosing the state-owned units has also increased.Marriage will make female employees more likely to choose self-employment.The increase number of children and family will make urban female employees more likely to choose stable employment and the increase in family income will increase the probability of urban female choosing self-employment,which have opposite effect on rural female.The effect of social capital on urban female is more than that of rural female,and the influence of father's education level is the most significant.The process of regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading will increase the probability of Chinese female choosing non-state units,which will help Chinese females' employment market balanced development.For the income responses of different employment choices,human capital has the most significant effect on the promotion.of income,the higher the education degree,the greater the impact on the income;the effect of non-state units is greater than the state-owned units.Married has a positive on urban females' income who choose the state-owned units.The number of children has a positive effect on income,and greater impact on urban women.Family income has a positive effect on the most choices,only has a negative on the choice of temporary employment of rural female.The process of regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading will help to increase the income of female.The government should encourage women to accept higher education,and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,strengthen the protection of non-state-owned units to promote the balanced development of female employment choices and increase income.
