Graduate education in the cultivation of the postgraduate is behavior according to the standard,and quality in the process of cultivating the scientific nature,the rationality of the scheme and operability is directly related to the quality of graduate education.2013 countries enacted a series of working file to deepening the reform of postgraduate education improving the quality of graduate education,points out that the cultivation of scientific plan,rationality of them will be an important index of the evaluation work of graduate student training.Sports industry at present stage national strategy is determined for cultivation of postgraduate sports science,new requirements are put forward.How to optimize the cultivating plan,make sports master of improve the quality of graduate education,at the same time conform to the demand of society is to foster units facing the focus.So optimizing the content of the project of cultivating postgraduate of sports science Settings,training scheme is scientific and operational to ascend will promote the completion of the graduate education reform of sports science.Based on this study using the method of documentary,expert interview and logical analysis,comparative analysis,to 13 sports colleges and universities of the country’s sports science graduate training scheme as the research object,on the cultivation of objectives,curriculum,research direction,training methods,quality standards,carry on comparative analysis to practice practice and so on eight parts.Found that the current project of cultivating postgraduate of sports science deficiency is shown as: the training goal of convergence,imperfect curriculum,old research direction,training modes,a single,lack of quality standards and practice internship and lack of systematic.So this article combined with the national guidelines related to revised the project of cultivating graduate students,to seek practical teaching and theory as the theoretical basis for optimizing project of cultivating postgraduate of sports science.Put forward with the social needs to update the training concept,optimize formulation process,on the basis of training programs for primary subject architecture,establish dynamic adjustment mechanism,clear quality standard optimization strategy to improve the supervision system.Hope that through scientific and reasonable optimization project of cultivating postgraduate of sports science more forward-looking,timing.
