Study On Training Full-time Sports Master Graduate Student Study And The Initiative To Meet The Needs Of Society

In this paper, using the research methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comparative method, mathematical statistics method, to study full-time sports master degree students as the research object, on the part of the3full-time Sports Master graduate students in Fujian province and the employer as well as some foreign employers conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, analysis training plan10representative national university. Analysis the culture conflicts and social needs of full-time Sports Master graduate student, provides the reference for the school better training people to adapt to social needs.Employers in the society at present on the sports professional master degree and academic degree students enrolled for us most is no difference. Employers in the society of business ability, the first row of professional skills, the second is the ability to adapt to society, third is the ability to practice.The social evaluation of sports graduate employers are:sports skills is low, the technical expertise of a single, basic knowledge is not firmly. For the present employment the employer’s view:the graduate is begged for be more than, the school culture does not meet the social requirements, graduates of the lack of social work and practice experience. The school culture:training institutions are basically guidance to the training to repeat the description of training scheme, and no further refinement and form their own characteristics, convergence phenomenon is more serious.
