| The problem of Vietnamese illegal work is a main factor that affects the economic development and social stability in Guangxi border region,as well as the illegal work in this area.With the continuous advance of the strategy for bringing prosperity to border areas,Guangxi border regional economy has been developing rapidly and a large number of Vietnamese illegal workers have swarmed into China,which highlights the problem of illegal work in frontier of Guangxi.It is not only a major obstacle to local development in Guangxi,but also a strong resistance to the development of China.Dealing with this issue properly is beneficial to the social stability in this area,good for the healthy and orderly development of our economy and good for realizing the"five in one" general arrangement in our country.This thesis takes the problem of Vietnamese illegal work as the studying object to study the governance issues of illegal workers by literature study and field research from the perspective of administration.The author analyzed the basic theory of appearance and governance of the problem on the basis of Push and Pull Theory and Local Governance Theory,analyzed the current governance of illegal workers in border region of Guangxi,put forward the reasons for the ineffectiveness of the measures had been taken and gave some solutions to the problem.This thesis discusses the related issues from six aspects:Part I is an introduction.In this part,the author aims to present the background of this issue and the present researches on it.Part II is about the places where the illegal workers come from and the classification of them.Part III talks about the necessities of governance of Vietnamese illegal workers in Guangxi frontier region.Part IV analyzes the present governance of Vietnamese illegal workers in this area.And Part V is about the reasons for ineffectiveness of the present measures.In the last part of this thesis,the author gives some possible solutions to the problem. |
