Study On The Mechanism Of Urban Sports And Leisure In Hubei Province

Leisure as an important indicator to measure the economic development,social harmony and overall development of human being,It must be one of the important functions of modern city.With the development of economy and society,people’s disposable income and free time is increasing.They pursue the healthy development of body and mind than before,this requires the city to adjust to meet the needs of urban residents.With the continuous development of economic level in Hubei province,the demand for sports and leisure of urban residents is increasing day by day.There is contradiction with this demand between urban sports leisure system is not perfect,the lack of public sports and leisure products,the imbalance of the distribution of public sports and leisure resources,management and maintenance lag behind the speed of construction.This need to strengthen the government’s public service management functions,establish and improve the mechanism of public service system,give full play to the government’s service function,meet the needs of residents for sports and leisure.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,the government of Hubei Province,five urban residents and sports and leisure related functions were randomly selected,the aim is to make a detailed understanding of the current situation of sports leisure and operation mechanism in different cities of Hubei province.By using the method of literature,data statistics and logical analysis method to analyze the data.The survey results show that urban residents’ sports leisure has the following conditions:Hubei province urban residents sports and leisure participation is high,the main purpose is to participate in the pursuit of health,but people of different ages to participate in different degrees,the highest participation of the elderly;most people tend to choose the free or low-cost sports and leisure venues,most of the residents of existing sports and leisure venues to provide satisfaction is not high;the choice of sports and leisure project easy to learning and group exercise mainly,expect in the future to be able to in close contact with nature,sports and leisure activities;sports and leisure projects in the selection of easy to learn and the group of sports,the future is expected to be more involved in the nature of close contact with the sports and leisure activities;urban residents in the district and the unit in the sports and leisure promotion and organization is not enough.In terms of urban leisure sports operating mechanism exists following problems:the propaganda of sports and leisure is not enough;lack of the guidance of professional staff;lack of sports and leisure venues and facilities;the relevant laws,regulations and policy system is not perfect;the poor communication between government departments,functions are not clear,fragmentation,lack of perfect supervision.Based on the investigation of the data through the theory of the system to explore the city of Hubei City Sports Leisure operation mechanism in the analysis of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to better promote the development of Hubei Province Sport Recreation City,we believe that the need to increase the publicity and promotion of sports and leisure;more high-quality social sports instructors training;to strengthen the construction of sports and leisure venues and facilities;improve the construction of sports and leisure relevant laws,regulations and policy system;clear the functions of the government,the establishment of healthy communication;by the social supervision and government supervision combined with perfect the way of supervision.
