Study On Interpersonal Communication Of Poor Male College Students

The importance of education in social life growing,attaches people's high attention.Popularization of higher education makes all kinds of college students increasing diverse,The government introduced a series of measures to compensate for the vulnerable groups in higher education,the proportion of rural students in key universities is rising every year.However,the enrollment in colleges continues to expand and the number of rural students continue to increase,it benefits the students who come from rural and remote areas,also brings the number of poor college students increasingly rising,Attendant problems of poor students,especially the mental health problems of poor students caused attention of the parties;In recent years,the problems occurred frequently due to poor college students' poor interpersonal communication,Especially the interpersonal problems of poor male college students,the serious incidents occurred frequently because of their poor interpersonal communication,resulting in numerous negative impact on society,such as Ma Jiajue,Huang Yang events.Strengthening College students' psychological health guidance,To form healthy,positive interpersonal relations become an important topic of education.Combing the results of current study also found that:poor male college students in interpersonal communication is even more closed,and have greater psychological stress,showed some interpersonal social withdrawal tendency,the students from rural areas appear to be more sensitive,But the research on poor male college students'interpersonal communication is lacking,especially qualitative research,the findings above is only presented in gender comparison of poor college students research.This paper does a study on poor male college students,through interview method,nomination method.to investigate the situation of their interpersonal communication and explore their interpersonal problems and influencing factors,and propose targeted solutions by learning from relatively good interpersonal communication students.The study found that:The whole poor male college students think that interpersonal communication is important.But the poor male college students interpersonal communication performances for both cases,part of them feel difficult in interpersonal communication,lack of self-confidence;the other part is more positive in interpersonal communication,there's not basic interpersonal difficulty.Poor communication groups exist psychological poverty and tend to easily self-denial,interpersonal utilitarian is weak,and they are easily satisfied with the situation;The interpersonal skills are poor of overall poor male college students,Because few people take the initiative to break through structural constraints,expand and enhance communication ring skills,their interpersonal communication perform well.Aiming at above problems,This study found that,the family economic background,traditional culture,gender,school and peer groups,communicative behavior choice of themselves and so on,these factors affect interpersonal communication of poor male college students.Among them,the superposition of gender and class is the main factor of poor male college students interpersonal barriers.To promote the mental health development and improve their interpersonal skills of poor male college students,In this study,combined with the experience of relatively good group in poor male college students,\we made the following recommendations:The first is the students themselves,they should give full play to the subjective initiative,break the structural constraints,Select the correct relationships,deal with interpersonal issues,appropriate to divert attention,pay less attention to external;Followed by the family,they should create a good family atmosphere,enhance parent-child contact,change concepts,pay lower expectations on boys;Once again,schools should make education play a positive guidance role in male and female students targeted education,establish well typical students,pay attention on class culture and enhance class cohesion;and finally the social aspect,we should co-ordinate urban and rural industrial rationalization transfer,promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.
