Background:With the obesity explosion, kinds of chronic disease are following, lose weight have been the hot topic over and over again. Even though, there have been multiple ways of weight reducing, such as calorie restriction, prandial modulation, exercise and so on, there is not one long-lasting, and nutritionist is trying new methods to continuous perfect dietary structure to reduce and prevent the occurrence and development of obesity. Recently, the research said that Low GI/GL diet have good effect on body shape, body composition and inflammation level of obesity population. And is there a better influence exist when we combine aerobic exercise with it? It deserve to be discussed.Objects:The research is focusing on aerobic exercise combines with low GI/GL diet, through the intervention of exercise and diet, comparing the difference of body shape, body composition, lipid metabolism, inflammation level and aerobic endurance between intervention before and after the intervention to outstanding it’s intervention effect on obesity and overweight university female students to find a long-lasting and healthy way of weight reducing.Methods:Through using the method of experiment and mathematical statistics,we recruit 60 female university students who are overweight and obesity(body fat percent>28%,BMI>23) in East China Normal University, dividing into three group as DE(diet and exercise,N=19), E(exercise N=23) and C(control N=8), there are ten people quit. The intervention of exercise and diet last for twelve weeks. As to exercise intervention part, mode of exercise:aerobic gymnastics and aerobic dancing; Frequency:3-4 times per week(in the first two weeks,3 times per week, just for adoption, in next 10 weeks,4 times per week); Duration:2h; Intensity:60% to 70% in the main part. As to LGI/GL diet part, according to international glycemic index and glycemic load total table in 2008, and China Public Union of Nutrition Balanced diet pagoda and Chinese food ingredients in 2014, we standers for meals. Getting the relevant index before and after intervention, like body shape/body percentage/lipid metabolism/inflammation/aerobic endurance performance and so on, than do contrastive analysis and get conclusion.Results:(1) Through comparing the difference of body shape, body composition, lipid metabolism, inflammation level and aerobic endurance between intervention before and after the intervention, it shows that weight had been reduced dramatically both in group DE and E(P<0.01), there is no significant difference between two group. (2)The fat percentage had reduced either(P<0.05) as well as the reduction of fat mass, go fat weight, BMI and obesity rates(P<0.01) in group DE. Fat percentage, fat mass, BMI and obesity rates had reduced in group E(P<0.01), there is no significant difference in group C. Total cholesterol, LDL, FFA, leptin, visfatin and APOB have declined in group DE with TC, HDL significant declined more than group E. (3) As to inflammation, the level of serum Hs-CRP, TNF-a, IL-6 declined significantly in both group E and DE with no difference of group C. And descend range of TNF-a level is greater in DE than E. (4) About aerobic endurance, there are significant difference inVO2max relative value, and the absolute value presents a rising tendency with no significant difference between group DE and E.Conclusions:1) Aerobic exercise combine with low GI/GL diet could perfect the body composition of overweight and obesity female university students;2) it could improve the health situation of lipid metabolism, having a great intervention effect on metabolic disorders which caused by obesity.3) it could decline the inflammation level effectively. And the pure low GI diet could decrease the inflammation of overweight and obesity university female; 4) The combination effect of exercise and diet can increase the aerobic endurance ability of overweight and obesity university female, but the simple effect from the low GI/GL diet on aerobic endurance performance need further study.
